Training

Each year, Maine Jump$tart coordinates a number of statewide initiatives focused on supporting Maine teachers and improving the financial capability of Maine youth.

Fostering Financial Education in Maine Schools Conference

Join us! May 19th, 2022 at the Augusta Civic Center – register here.

This statewide conference brings together educators, administrators, and financial education experts in order to strengthen knowledge and raise awareness of the importance of lifelong financial wellness.

Foundations in Personal Finance Summer Training for Educators

This intensive three-day training was offered during the summer of 2017 and will be available in the future, both in-person and online.

Financial Education Webinars

Our statewide partners offer a number online learning opportunities, including training webinars on a variety of topics.

Educator of the Year Award

Each year, the Board of Directors of the Maine Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy solicits nominations for the Maine Jump$tart Coalition Financial Educator of the Year Award. This award was created to recognize a Maine educator who has distinguished themselves through their efforts to improve the financial capability of the students and families they serve.

Maine LifeSmarts Competition
