The 11th annual Jump$tart National Educator Conference is set for November 1-3, 2019, at the historic Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. Once again, this will be an all-scholarship event for teachers.
In partnership with National Jump$tart Coalition and Machias Savings Bank, Maine Jump$tart is providing scholarships for six classroom teachers to attend the conference this year. Here’s what you need to know:
- Scholarships will cover two hotel nights and six conference meals. Maine Jump$tart will also cover ground and air transportation. Recipients must be Pre-K-12th grade classroom teachers.
- Teachers must register online and make a $100 registration deposit. (This is to protect Jump$tart from last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Deposit is fully refunded at conference check-in).
